Fused by Fiona Uyema was born from a love of Asian cooking—and a wish to make it easy and healthy for everyone to enjoy at home.
Fiona’s journey started while studying Japanese at Dublin City University, which led her to live in a small village in Japan. There, she was welcomed into the homes of local women who showed her how to cook simple, tasty meals using fresh, everyday ingredients. She also travelled across Asia, learning more about traditional food and flavours.
When Fiona returned to Ireland, she missed the food she had grown to love. Unable to find anything in supermarkets that tasted right—or met her standards for quality—she started making her own sauces and spice mixes in her kitchen. That’s how Fused began.
Today, Fused products are enjoyed by families across Ireland and beyond. Each one is made with care by Fiona, using quality ingredients and inspired by the delicious Asian dishes she fell in love with. Fused is all about making mealtimes easier—with healthy, great-tasting sauces and spices that help you cook quick, fuss-free meals the whole family will love.
