About Us

O’Reillys was formed in 2017 by brothers Martin and Steven O’Reilly. We are an Irish company based in Donegal.

Martin trained as a primary school teacher in Colaiste Mhuire Marino, Dublin. He studied further and completed a Masters in Education and Leadership in Queens University, Belfast.
Steven completed his undergrad in Sports and Recreation in Letterkenny IT, following this he completed an undergrad at The University of Limerick where he became a Physical Education teacher for post-primary schools.

However, a passion for sport accompanied by the dream of running their own business led to the birth of O’Reilly Sports, from the humble beginnings of a bobble hat on a cold day!

Our Mission

What began with a passion for sport and performance has grown into a global teamwear brand supplying sportswear, leisurewear, workwear and corporate clothing to clubs, organisations and businesses across Ireland, the UK and the United States.

Today, O’Reilly’s operates from our new headquarters in Ireland, where our highly talented design and production team manufacture our garments in-house. By bringing our production under one roof, we maintain full control over quality and detail throughout the entire process.

From design and garment creation to embroidery, stitching, printing and packing, every stage happens within our facility, ensuring the highest standards for every order.

Our on-site capabilities allow us to personalise garments with player initials, numbers, club crests, company logos and bespoke design elements, creating pieces that are tailored to the exact needs of each client.

As former customers ourselves, we understand the importance of reliability, quality and service. That’s why we work closely with every team, club and organisation — providing guidance and support at every step to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final product.
